At MEGISTAN TRAVEL LLC, we coordinate bespoke, high-touch private travel, dedicated chauffeur services, and custom itineraries. Because our services require advance reservations and non-refundable commitments with independent local partners, guides, and transport providers, the following cancellation and refund terms apply to all bookings.

1. Custom & Multi-Day Bespoke Itineraries
30% Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total booking quotation is required upon confirmation to secure dates, private vehicles, and specialized guides.
Final Balance: The remaining 70% balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the designated service commencement date.
Cancellations 31 Days or More Prior to Service: If you cancel your reservation thirty-one (31) days or more before the scheduled start date, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to date, minus the initial 30% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations Within 30 Days of Service: Cancellations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to the service start date are strictly 100% non-refundable.

2. Single-Day Excursions, Hourly Chauffeurs & Transfers
- Single-day private transfers and direct day tours must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
- Cancellations 30 Days or More Prior to Service: Eligible for a 100% refund, minus any incurred credit card processing fees.
- Cancellations Between 14 and 29 Days Prior to Service: Eligible for a 50% refund, minus any incurred credit card processing fees.
- Cancellations Less Than 14 Days Prior to Service: Strictly non-refundable due to vehicle lock-in, fuel allocation, and private driver scheduling commitments.

3. Rescheduling & Amendments
We make reasonable efforts to accommodate itinerary date or time adjustments subject to local vehicle and guide availability. Any rate discrepancies or rescheduling fees charged by third-party suppliers will be the responsibility of the client.

4. No-Shows & Delays
Failure to arrive at designated pickup locations (airports, cruise ports, hotels) or delays exceeding 30 minutes without prior written or phone notice will be treated as a no-show, resulting in service forfeiture with no refund eligibility.

5. Unforeseen Events & Travel Insurance
MEGISTAN TRAVEL LLC is not liable for itinerary disruptions, missed connections, or cancellations caused by weather events, flight delays, border closures, natural disasters, or personal emergencies. We strongly advise every traveler to maintain comprehensive travel, trip cancellation, and medical emergency insurance.
