1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to MEGISTAN TRAVEL LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By browsing our website, booking a tour, reserving private transportation, or submitting a payment, you ("Client," "Guest," or "you") acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or submit payments.

2. Services Provided

MEGISTAN TRAVEL LLC operates as a boutique travel agency and tour designer. We organize and curate bespoke travel itineraries, private guided excursions, ground transportation, and related travel coordination.

MEGISTAN TRAVEL LLC acts solely as an intermediary and organizer between clients and independent third-party vendors, including but not limited to local chauffeurs, private boat/yacht operators, certified local tour guides, and hospitality providers.

3. Bookings, Pricing & Payment

• Currency: All prices are quoted and processed in Euros (EUR) or U.S. Dollars (USD), as indicated on your booking quote or invoice.

• Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely online via accredited merchant payment processors (including Stripe, Wise, and major credit card networks).

• Booking Deposit: For custom or multi-day bespoke travel packages, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation to secure dates, vehicles, and private guides.

• Balance Due: The remaining balance must be settled in full 30 days prior to the scheduled service start date. For reservations made within 30 days of the tour start date, full payment is required immediately upon booking.

• Single-Day Transfers & Direct Bookings: Single-day tours, hourly chauffeur services, and airport transfers booked directly online are payable in full at the time of reservation.
   

4. Cancellation, Changes & Refund Policy

• Cancellations 31 Days or More Before Service: The client is eligible for a full refund of any funds paid in excess of the initial 30% non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations Within 30 Days of Service: All payments made are 100% non-refundable, as arrangements, vehicle reservations, and third-party commitments are finalized and non-recoverable.

• Client Changes & Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate itinerary date or time adjustments subject to local vehicle and guide availability. Any price differences or rescheduling fees imposed by local providers remain the responsibility of the client.

• No-Shows & Late Arrivals: Failure to show up at designated pickup points or delays exceeding 30 minutes without prior notice may result in service cancellation without eligibility for a refund.
   

5. Client Documentation, Passports & Health Requirements

• Clients are strictly responsible for securing and carrying valid travel documentation, including passports (with at least six months' validity), tourist visas, transit permits, and entry/customs forms required by destination authorities.

• MEGISTAN TRAVEL LLC bears no responsibility or financial liability if entry or service is denied due to missing, invalid, or expired travel documents.
   

6. Travel Insurance (Strongly Advised)

MEGISTAN TRAVEL LLC strongly advises all clients to purchase comprehensive travel, medical, and trip cancellation/interruption insurance prior to departure. Comprehensive insurance ensures coverage for unforeseen medical emergencies, baggage loss, natural events, flight disruptions, or personal cancellations.
 
7. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Suppliers

• MEGISTAN TRAVEL LLC exercises due care in selecting professional, licensed independent local service providers (e.g., licensed drivers, certified guides). However, we do not own, manage, or operate these third-party transport or tour vendors directly.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEGISTAN TRAVEL LLC, its owners, and officers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, accident, or inconvenience caused by defects in transport vehicles, acts of nature, war, terrorism, civil unrest, quarantine, strikes, weather conditions, or actions/omissions of third-party vendors.

• Our maximum aggregate financial liability arising out of any booking shall not exceed the net service fees collected by MEGISTAN TRAVEL LLC for the specific booking in dispute.
   

8. Conduct & Safety

We reserve the right to decline or terminate service to any individual whose conduct is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or illegal, or who impairs the comfort, safety, or well-being of other travellers, guides, or drivers. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from your relationship with MEGISTAN TRAVEL LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
 

10. Geographic Restrictions & US State Compliance

• MEGISTAN TRAVEL LLC is registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, and operates as an independent boutique travel curator.

• Our services, bespoke itineraries, and direct travel arrangements are not offered, marketed, or available to residents of the States of California, Florida, Washington, and Hawaii.

• By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking a service, you explicitly warrant, represent, and certify that you are not a legal resident of, nor booking from within, California, Florida, Washington, or Hawaii. Any bookings identified as originating from residents of these restricted states will be subject to immediate cancellation.
